Theodoric II of Wied (German: Dietrich II. von Wied) (c. 1170 - 28 March 1242) was the Archbishop of Trier from 1212 until 1242.

Theodoric was born in Coblenz. In 1190 he sold the lordship of Olbrück to the Archbishopric of Cologne for a small amount of money. In 1212 he was elected the Archbishop of Trier. In 1235 he began the construction of the Limburg cathedral. During his life he was a supporter of the Order of St. John. Theodoric died in 1242 and was buried in Trier cathedral.
