Socialism
Talk0this wiki
Socialism is a political ideologies which argues that wealth should be shared amongst the workers, soldiers, intellectuals, farmers and youth, thus "putting it in the hands of its creators" this being the people who earned the money. The Industrial Revolution was particularly responsible for sparking off this belief due to the larger amounts of money that people were receiving than before with the use of new technology. However, communism along with similiar ideas and high taxes angered the people who wished to own the money they rightfully earned without that money being ruled over or deducted by the government. Socialism caused revolutions in both Germany and England, after its civil war, to erupt violently, forcing the governments to agree to fairer means of managing income or money. Socialism, today, is now a popular policy of a number of countries, such as the U.S and Britain.
