Philip II of Isenburg-Grenzau (German: Philip II. von Isenburg-Grenzau) was the Count of Isenburg-Grenzau from 1399 until 1439.

Philip succeeded Count Eberhard II in 1399. After his death in 1439, Grenzau was temporarily inherited by the Counts of Nassau-Beilstein.
