Palatinate-Neumarkt was a state of the Holy Roman Empire based in the Upper Palatinate in the north of modern Bavaria, Germany.

Palatinate-Neumarkt was created in 1410 out of the partition of the Palatinate after the death of King Rupert III for his son John. Immediately he began a construction phase and the territories he ruled are said to have their golden age during his reign. He also became a supporter of King Sigismund and attempted to increase the size of his territories with that influence. In 1415 he came into conflict with his brother Louis III, Elector Palatine who ruled other territories in the Upper Palatinate around Amberg. In 1440 his son Christopher was crowned King of Denmark. In 1443 John died and Christopher succeeded him. Christopher died in 1448 without any heirs so his territories were divided between his uncles Stephen and Otto, the former of which quickly sold them to the latter.
