Odgar (also called Otgar) (? - 847) was the Archbishop of Mainz from 826 until 847.

In 830 Odgar began the construction of St Justinus' church. In 834 he undertook a pilgrimage to Rome and brought along with him the relics of St Justinus. The relics first stayed in Freising before being moved to the Abbey of Seligenstadt. In 836 he transferred the relics of St Severinus of Ravenna to Mainz, then Erfurt, before placing them finally in the Abbey of St Paul.
