Isenburg-Cleberg was the name of a state of the Holy Roman Empire, based around Cleberg and Büdingen, in the south of modern Hesse, Germany.

Isenburg-Cleberg was created as a partition of the lands of Count Henry II of Isenburg-Grenzau in 1286, for his son Louis. In 1290, after the death of his elder brother Eberhard, Louis inherited the state and lands of Isenburg-Grenzau. Louis was succeeded by his son Lothar in 1302. After Lothar's death in 1341, Isenburg-Cleberg was partitioned into Isenburg-Grenzau and Isenburg-Büdingen.
